The Swann Custom Homes team has been hand selected based on their outstanding building expertise, past experience and commitment to quality and service. Our mandate is to provide you with unparalleled design and a pleasurable building experience.

Our builder, Jeff Smith  is a Certified Graduate Master Builder and is directly involved in the process of designing and building your new custom home on a daily basis. 

Pedro Salazar, brings a  wealth of knowledge as a partner of Swann Custom Homes.  Pedro has a lifetime of experience in contracting with over 13 years experience in the home building business.

 Swann Custom Homes takes only a few projects at a time, allows us to give each customer the personal attention that he or she deserves when building their dream home.
